It goes without saying that we handle your personal data responsibly. In the following we would like to explain the use of your personal data, for what purposes and in what way we process this data and what rights you are entitled to.
Personal data
We only process personal data such as your name, your postal address, your e-mail address or other contact details insofar as these have been entered by you on the website and transmitted to us and insofar as such processing is permitted by law or covered by your consent.
The use of certain services on our website such as B. If you contact us with an inquiry, we will only process your name and email address to process your inquiry and to contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b) GDPR. Image and sound recordings
If image and sound recordings are made during an event for the public relations work of Karl Rabofsky GmbH or for location marketing, you declare that you agree to their publication by participating in the event. If you do not agree to the publication of these image and sound recordings in the event that they concern yourself, please report this to the organizer.
Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps API, a map service from Google, to display an interactive map. By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) can be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be assigned to your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as a usage profile and uses it for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, although you must contact Google to exercise this right. An adequate level of protection of your data in the USA is ensured by the fact that Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.
You can find more information about data processing by Google in Google's data protection information, which you can access at www.google.com/privacypolicy.html. You have the option of simply deactivating the Google Maps service and thus preventing data transfer to Google: To do this, deactivate JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display.
Social media plug-ins
We integrate recommendation buttons, so-called social media plug-ins, from social networks into our website. We currently use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn and YouTube. We use the so-called two-click or Shariff solution. With Shariff, you can use social media and at the same time protect your privacy, because when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the plug-in provider. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the marking on the box above its initial letter or the logo. The Shariff button enables you to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in. Direct contact between you and the plug-in provider is only established by clicking the Shariff button. This only then receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offer and the following data is transmitted: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time, content of the request, access status / HTTP status code , the amount of data transferred in each case, website from which the request comes, browser, operating system and its interface, as well as the language and version of the browser software. In this way, Shariff prevents you from leaving a digital trace on every page you visit and improves data protection. In the case of Facebook and Xing, according to the respective providers in Germany, the IP address is anonymized immediately after it is collected. By activating the plug-in, personal data will be transmitted from you to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (for US providers in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects data in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies using the security settings of your browser before clicking on the grayed-out box.
We have no influence on the data collected and the data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full scope of the data collection, the purposes of processing or the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the data collected by the plug-in provider. The plug-in provider saves the data collected about you as a user profile and uses this for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (also for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, although you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. Via the plug-ins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-in is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f GDPR.
The data is passed on regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected by us will be assigned directly to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you press the activated button and z. If, for example, if you link the page, the plug-in provider will also save this information in your user account and share it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, but especially before activating the button, as this allows you to avoid being assigned to your profile with the plug-in provider.
